- All plans include a Microsoft 365 Business Basic or a Google Workspace Business Starter license for each user, and require a minimum of 10 users
- Service Time: Remote Monitoring & Management: 24/7; Helpdesk Support with Guaranteed Response Time: 8:00AM to 6:00PM (8:00AM to 11:00PM for the Premium package)
- Basic support is available after business hours and during week-ends/holidays but response/resolution may be delayed (online tickets only)
- Each user will have a maximum of 3 devices (computers, laptops or tablets). Additional charges will apply to support more devices.
- Upgrades to higher Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace plans are available at a discounted price.
- Supported Business Email Platforms: Google Workspace, Microsoft 365 Business, Zoho Mail and Amazon Workmail
- Supported Cloud Accounting Software: Quickbooks Desktop, Quickbooks Online, Sage 50 Business Cloud, Yardi. Additional charges will apply
- Microsoft Office Apps (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, OneDrive, SharePoint, Teams, Calendar) are included even for customers not using Microsoft 365 for their Business Emails
- Backups are aggregated for each company. A company with 10 users on the Standard Plan will have a total backup limit of 3TB. Additional charges will apply if the total backup exceeds 3TB.
- Complimentary: Free hosting for three years for all new customers through our hosting brand HostGamma (Shared Advanced Package, C$105/Year value)
- WordPress Support (Optional): $48/website/month (upgrades, backups, troubleshooting)
